Ingredients

  • 1 kg. Chicken, breast, skinless
  • 2 tbsp. Oregano, powder
  • 25 gm Ginger, diced
  • 1 ts.p Basil
  • 2 pcs Lemon juice or kalamansi juice
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 tsp. White ground pepper
  • 1 tsp. Paprika

Directions

Clean and wash chicken then drain completelybefore marinating.

Marinate chicken with ginger and Lemon juice orcalamansi juice for 30 minutes.

Arrange chicken in a baking dish lined with aluminum foil.
