  • ½ kg. Red snapper, fillet, cut into 4 servings
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • 1 cup zucchini or yellow summer squash, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp. fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 can tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions
