Ingredients

  • 6 pcs. Pork loin, chopped
  • 6 tbsp. Soup stock, unseasoned
  • 1 tbsp. Parsley, flakes
  • ¼ tsp. Onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. Thyme
  • 1 tbsp. non-fat powdered milk dissolved in 80ml water
  • 1 ½ tbsp. all-purpose flour

Directions

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown pork loin on both sides

Add soup stock, parsley flakes, onion powder and thyme. Cover, simmer for 20-30 minutes or until pork loin is tender.

Remove pork loin from skillet; keep warm.

In a small bowl, combine milk and flour, blend until smooth. Gradually stir into hot mixture in skillet. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stir constantly.

Serve pork loin with gravy.
